Hey guys! With spring right around the corner, I thought it would be nice to share some upcoming trends we have seen on instagram and the NYFW runways!
Trend 1: NEON
I have seen so many neon pieces on fashion influencers and celebs this month! The pop of color can be really cool with some fun sunglasses or shoes. These colors are very bold though! Would you consider wearing neon? Shop my favorite neon pieces- Neon yellow mock neck turtleneck sweater, Neon cropped cami, Lime cropped puffer, Neon lime oversized sweatshirt,
Trend 2: Chunky sneakers
Chucky sneakers have been everywhere lately. You earthier love them or hate them! Personally I love my chunky sneakers because they can be paired with so many fun outfits. For example if you wear chunky sneakers with a dress, it will instantly make your outfit more edgy and cool. Shop my favorite chunky sneakers- Fila Disruptor sneakers, Gucci crystal sneakers, Dolce & Gabbana gold sneakers, Louis Vuitton chunky sneakers
Trend 3: Layering
I love this trend especially because I live in freezing New York! Layering a turtle neck, with a sweater, then leather jacket, then coat always looks so trendy and stylish. The best part is its sure to keep you warm! Shop my favorite layering pieces- Turtleneck log sleeve, Leather jacket, Camel color puffer jacket, Oversized denim jacket
Trend 4: Miniature bags
Honestly not sure how I feel about this trend. Mini bags look cool but are that useful especially if you carry a lot around! For me these bags are great because all I carry is my phone, a charger, and some chapstick lol! Overall they are not very useful, but they are a chic and trendy piece to have in your closet. Shop my fav mini bags- Red Gucci, Blue Prada, Marc Jacobs,
Only a few more days until Easter! My family doesn’t do anything huge on this holiday! Just a quiet day with church, candy and travel. Believe it or not, on Easter we are usually on a plane for spring break vacay! This year we are headed to the Bahamas again! Although on the plane I will not be wearing one of these looks, I will be wearing them to church and brunch with the fam! Today I am sharing my top pics for the best outfits this Easter! See below for links and descriptions.
1.) I LOVE these dresses because they are casual but still very cute! The gorgeous floral embroidery on the first dress really reminds me of spring as well as the beautiful blue color on the second dress!

2.) If dresses are not really your thing why not try a colorful jumpsuit! The color yellow is super trendy and recently I have seen it everywhere! Turquoise jumpsuit: Zara Yellow jumpsuit: Zara
3.) These looks are super fun and feminine! The lace detail is amazing and so pretty! The top can even be worn with jeans for a more casual look. Lace top (also in blue): Hayden Girls Lace dress: Hayden Girls
4.) The last pieces I picked out are a stunning pastel pink color! Pastel colors really remind me of easter and I love the detail on both of these pink dresses! Ruffle Dress: Jcrew One shoulder dress: Zara
I hope you enjoyed this blog post and found some pieces you love!
Hi guys, this break I went to New York City, with my mom and my friend Caroline. It was a very gloomy day and it even rained. Even in the bad weather, I love this city so so much, I was actually born here! New York City really inspires me, not to mention it is a great place to take pictures! Keep reading to see what we did and shop my look!
For lunch went we went to Lazzaras pizza It is a hidden gem in the city and has amazing Italian food! I got pesto and pizza of course! (Should I make a NYC food diary?)
Next we went to my moms office! My parents are both designers, my dad designs for Warby Parker and my moms companies are cooper&ella and Finn & Grace. There offices are both super fun!

Recently I have received many direct messages, about how I edit my photos. Most of my photos are taken with my iPhone, while others are taken with my camera. My favorite editing app at the moment is SNAPSEED. Most apps just allow you to brighten the whole image, but using the brush (located in tools) snapped lets you brighten certain things. Such as your face. This is what I did in the pic below. Snapseed also allows you to saturate or un-saturate things. I use the white balance (also in tools) to change the temperature to warmer or cooler tones. And last I use tune image (in tools) to make the entire photo brighter and ambiance, which makes the subject stand out. My second favorite app is FACETUNE. I use the detail tool to make the clothes I am wearing or my hair stand out in the photo. I also use Facetune to whiten the backgrounds of my photos in my mirror shots. I do this because, all though my walls are white, the light in the room can cause the walls to look yellow. I use the app UNUM, to plan out my insta feed and see my top liked posts! Also COLORSTORY, is a super fun app to add suns or beautiful light leaks into your pictures. This is a great app for travel shots, as well as DISTRESSEDFX, which allows you to add birds and sunsets into your shots! VSCO, is a good app for filters. I like to stick to one and turn it down to about 4. And lastly AFTERLIGHT, I use Afterlight to brighten contrast and highlight my photos. They also have awesome borders you can add to your photos and light leaks as well. Those are the apps I use to edit. I don’t use every single one for every picture but they are all used. My pictures are taken by my Mom and sometimes friends or my brother if I am around them when I want a shot! I hope this helps your editing game!! XO
